Actinon Energy is an integrated infrastructure development company advancing projects across advanced energy, water resilience, digital capacity, energy refining, and modern industry. We bring strategy, capital formation, partnerships, and execution together under one coordinated platform.
Our special purpose vehicles (SPVs) provide project-specific structures through which individual assets can be financed, developed, governed, and operated. Each SPV benefits from Actinon’s central leadership and standards while maintaining the focus, controls, and accountability required for its market and development stage.

01 Chief Financial OfficerExecutive leadership · Remote to start
Lead Actinon’s financial strategy, capital planning, and finance organization across the parent company and its SPVs.
What you’ll own
- Enterprise financial strategy, long-range planning, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Capital structure, financing execution, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and investor readiness.
- Financial governance across Actinon and its SPVs, including controls, audits, tax, insurance, and risk oversight.
- Board-level reporting and the continued development of a high-performing finance organization.
What you bring
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO, divisional CFO, or senior VP-level responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience with complex financing, multi-entity operations, and institutional stakeholders.
- Infrastructure, energy, project finance, or high-growth development experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and executive leadership; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
02 Head of TreasuryFinance · Remote to start
Build a disciplined treasury function that supports liquidity, financing, and cash governance across a growing portfolio of entities and projects.
What you’ll own
- Daily cash positioning, rolling liquidity forecasts, funding plans, and short-term investment policy.
- Banking relationships, account architecture, signatory controls, and payment authorization standards.
- Capital movements between the parent company and SPVs, including draw, disbursement, and covenant processes.
- Interest-rate, foreign-exchange, counterparty, and operational treasury risk management.
What you bring
- 8+ years of treasury experience in a complex, multi-entity, infrastructure, or capital-intensive environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking platforms, controls, debt facilities, and risk policy.
- Advanced financial modeling and communication skills with a precise, control-minded approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CTP, MBA, or related advanced qualification preferred.
03 Executive Assistant to CEO and COOExecutive office · Remote to start
Provide trusted, high-judgment support to Actinon’s CEO and COO in a fast-moving, relationship-driven executive environment.
What you’ll own
- Complex calendars, travel, priority management, and coordination across multiple time zones.
- Executive briefings, meeting materials, correspondence, action tracking, and follow-through.
- Scheduling and logistics for board, investor, government, partner, and project meetings.
- Confidential information and special projects requiring discretion, initiative, and sound judgment.
What you bring
- 7+ years supporting C-suite leaders, founders, or senior executives in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional written communication, organization, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and operate calmly with shifting priorities.
- Professional discretion and flexibility for time-sensitive matters and occasional travel.
04 Payroll SpecialistFinance and people operations · Remote to start
Establish accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations as Actinon expands its team across multiple jurisdictions.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end payroll processing, payroll calendars, employee changes, and required approvals.
- Tax withholding, benefits deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, filings, and year-end reporting.
- Payroll records, controls, audit support, and coordination with finance, HR, and external providers.
- Employee payroll inquiries and continuous improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
What you bring
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll and rapidly changing headcount.
- Strong understanding of wage-and-hour requirements, payroll taxes, reconciliations, and controls.
- High accuracy, confidentiality, service orientation, and comfort with payroll technology.
- CPP or FPC certification preferred.
05 Corporate ControllerFinance · Remote to start
Design and lead a scalable accounting and control environment for Actinon and a growing portfolio of project SPVs.
What you’ll own
- GAAP accounting, monthly close, consolidation, financial statements, and management reporting.
- Accounting policies, chart of accounts, internal controls, documentation, and financial systems.
- Project and SPV accounting, intercompany activity, fixed assets, and development-stage expenditures.
- External audits, tax support, compliance deliverables, and development of the accounting team.
What you bring
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with meaningful leadership responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, close and consolidation, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Multi-entity, project accounting, construction, energy, or infrastructure experience preferred.
- CPA strongly preferred; ERP implementation or optimization experience is valuable.
06 Investor ReportingFinance and investor relations · Remote to start
Create clear, reliable reporting that gives investors timely insight into Actinon’s performance, portfolio, and project milestones.
What you’ll own
- Quarterly and annual investor reporting, portfolio updates, KPI packages, and variance analysis.
- Capital account, funding, distribution, and project-level reporting in coordination with finance.
- Investor data rooms, diligence materials, reporting calendars, and responses to information requests.
- Consistent, accurate communications developed with executive leadership, legal, and project teams.
What you bring
- 7+ years in investor reporting, investor relations, fund finance, or institutional financial communications.
- Strong financial literacy, analytical ability, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience translating complex operating and financial information for sophisticated stakeholders.
- Exceptional accuracy, responsiveness, discretion, and ownership of deadlines.
07 VP of HRPeople leadership · Remote to start
Build the people strategy, systems, and culture required to support Actinon’s corporate team and future operating organizations.
What you’ll own
- Workforce planning, executive and technical recruiting, onboarding, and organizational design.
- Compensation, benefits, performance management, learning, succession, and employee relations.
- Employment policies, multi-state compliance, HR systems, records, and people analytics.
- A high-accountability, inclusive culture aligned with Actinon’s operating standards and mission.
What you bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including ownership of a broad people function.
- Experience scaling a multi-state or distributed organization through rapid growth.
- Strong employment-practice knowledge, executive presence, and practical business judgment.
- Infrastructure, industrial, engineering, or project-based workforce experience preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
08 Head of ITTechnology · Remote to start
Establish secure, resilient technology foundations for Actinon’s corporate operations and evolving project environments.
What you’ll own
- Enterprise technology architecture, cybersecurity, identity, devices, collaboration, and data governance.
- Vendor selection, service management, procurement, budgets, policies, and user support.
- Secure data rooms, business continuity, disaster recovery, monitoring, and incident response.
- Technology standards and roadmaps for corporate offices and future project-site connectivity.
What you bring
- 10+ years of IT leadership spanning cloud platforms, networks, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience building secure technology operations for a growing, distributed organization.
- Strong vendor management, communication, documentation, and risk-management capabilities.
- Critical infrastructure, industrial, or regulated-environment experience preferred; CISSP or CISM is a plus.
